Casa Marwad collects contact details so the sales team can respond to a quotation request. This notice explains that collection. It is not a claim about any other product or booking system.

What we collect

The inquiry form asks for your name, mobile number, the service you need, and the event city. Email, event date, guest count and a short note are optional. We also store the page you submitted from, a hashed version of the network address used for rate limiting, and the result of a Cloudflare Turnstile spam check.

Why we collect it

We use this information to contact you, discuss the event, and prepare a proposal. We do not sell inquiry details. We do not publish them on the website.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept for as long as needed to respond and to maintain ordinary business records. You can ask us to update or delete a request by sending another message through the contact form with the same phone number.

Who else is involved

The site is hosted so it can be served to visitors. Email notification, when configured, is sent through Resend to the Casa Marwad sales inbox. The spam check is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. Those providers process the data required to perform that task.

Your choice

Sending the form is voluntary. If you do not want to share these details, do not submit the form. There is no online booking and no payment on this website.
